In most cases, no planning permission is required, but all loft conversions must comply with building regulations. Refresh Interiors will project manage your loft conversion from start to finish. We will work with you to produce detailed plans of the new loft room, and liaise with all local authority and building inspectors throughout the project, to ensure your new conversion is as stress and hassle free as possible.
